The Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) sets out how and when the community and other stakeholders will be consulted on the preparation and revision of planning documents that make up the Blackpool Local Plan and how the community will be consulted on planning applications.
We first adopted its SCI in 2007 and we have now updated this document due to changes to the planning system and consultation regulations. The new updated SCI was adopted in September 2020.
