Central Blackpool is changing - making Blackpool better
In December 2024 Blackpool Council executive approved first version of the Central Housing Regeneration Framework document.
The document outlined, at a high-level, the council’s ambition to see housing in this central area regenerated over a period of 10 to 15 years.
The document could be used as a basis for engagement and consultation with those living and working in the area, as well as anyone across the whole of Blackpool who has an interest in the regeneration.

We’re holding drop-in sessions in your area. Come meet the team, share your thoughts, and ask anything you’d like about the regeneration plans.
If you live within the central housing regeneration project area and have some specific questions around commercial or residential compensation and acquisition or more general advice and support for property owners, then please book an appointment with a specialist.
