Support and advise is available from a number of sources

Mental health

Decisions about your home and the change that comes with considering a move can impact on mental health. Some stress and worry can be normal when you are dealing with difficult matters, but if at any time, or for any reason, you need urgent help as you are in mental health distress, then there is always someone you can speak to.

The Samaritans can be contacted from any phone, at any time, on freephone 116 123, or email jo@samaritans.org.

The Mental Health Crisis Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 0800 953 0110. It is staffed by trained mental health professionals who are able to provide assessments and referrals to appropriate services if necessary
