If your club no longer requires a club premises certificate, it can be surrendered.
The club is still responsible for any licensable activities that occur at the club, as well as being liable for the annual licence fee, until the certificate is surrendered.
Surrender your club premises certificate
The request to surrender the certificate must be made in writing. Download and complete the surrender request form [PDF 139KB], ensuring it is signed by someone who has authority to sign on behalf of the club, for example the club secretary.
Return the form with the original club premises certificate and summary, or indicate on the form why it cannot be returned.
