At school my experience of maths classes were poor and I simply didn't get to grips with maths. I was in a class with 35 others and was overlooked.
I have always wanted to try and get to grips with maths. I plucked up the courage to enrol and although being 58 at the time I never felt too old. It is not an easy subject to get to grips with, maths is not my thing! But I have enjoyed the course tremendously, the zoom lessons were just perfect for my situation, it was so convenient. I loved it.
The tutor was amazing she explained it in such a way it was easier to understand. The handouts via email were informative and relevant. I really enjoyed the WhatsApp question of the day and the interaction between the other students, I really was in the right class I have met some amazing people.
So a big thank you to Blackpool Learning Rooms for providing this course it has made a difference, from which I was successful in gaining some employment at a local school. I have gained more day to day confidence when attempting to solve problems. A big thank you to the tutor for all your support on my maths journey, you have made a difference to me.
