With the online payments service you can pay for a number of Council services. The full list of services is shown below. You can pay for the service using any on one of the following types of credit/debit cards : Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (formerly Switch), Solo and Visa Delta. Please note we do not support Visa Electron.

If you are in a public place we strongly advise you make sure you are not overlooked as you enter your details to prevent them being misused by somebody else.

Parking Notices Pay your parking fine online. you will need your PCN number and a valid email address to complete online. Business Rates Pay your business rates online. you will need to have your account number and a valid email address to complete online. Council Tax Pay your council tax online. You will need your council tax reference number to proceed with your payment. Council Invoices To make an invoice payment you need to have your invoice number handy. The invoice number is 8 digits long and can be found on the documents issued to you by the Council. Housing Rents and Leasehold Service Charges To make a payment you need to tell us your Rent Reference number. The reference number is 13 digits long and can be found on the documents issued to you by the Council. Domiciliary Care (Home Care) To make a payment you need to tell us your Domiciliary Care account number. The account number is 7 digits long starting with 10 or 11 and can be found on the documents issued to you by the Council. Request Birth/Death/Marriage/Civil partnership Certificates The certificates cost £7 each plus £1 post and packing. To order a certificate you will need to know the name of the person(s) you are looking for and their date of birth, death, marriage or civil partnership. Request an Alleygate Key The Alleygate Keys cost £8 each. To order Alleygate Keys(s) you will need to know the location of the Alleygate. BIDS Make a payment to your BIDS account online. Request a Parking Permit The parking permit request form. All online applications must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the permit expiry date Residential Parking Permit Application This application form is only to be used if you are RENEWING a current permit and none of your details have changed since it was last issued. Request for CON29 Component Data Please use this form to submit a request for CON29 Component Data. All requests will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of payment.
