Consider sex, age, build, hair, skin colour, accent, other features such as glasses, tattoos, clothing etc.
Please provide as much information as you can – licensed vehicles from other areas, for example, may display different plates and signage to those in Blackpool
This is normally affixed externally to the front & rear of the hackney carriage and in the left hand side of the windscreen of the private hire vehicle
Your complaint will be acknowledged in writing within ten working days.
If appropriate, a further reply will be given when the matter has been fully investigated.
Please be aware that it may be necessary to disclose your name to the person being complained about should there be a need to take this matter further, however, your address will always remain confidential.
