The Core

The Core

Is a building just for our young people age 16 to 25 years. It is located in Blackpool town centre, the building offers a warm, welcoming, modern space. Where our young people can access advice and support from personal advisor's from Blackpool's leaving care team. It has a fully kitted kitchen, laundry facilities, bathroom with a private shower. pool table, Wifi and privacy to make a call or speak to one of the team.

Snacks, Refreshments and a hot meal on on offer every Monday.

The Core is located on Corporation Street in Blackpool Town Centre opposite the municipal buildings.

THE Core Opening Times 

Open Every Monday (excluding bank holidays) The Core opens @ 2.00pm to 6.00pm.

Drinks, Snacks and a hot meal provided. Come down and see PA's from your Leaving Care Team. Always around to offer support and answer any questions you may have, or just come for a chat and a brew!

Active Core

Is on every Tuesday 4.00pm to 6.00pm.

This takes place at Blackpool Sports Centre, West Park Dr, Blackpool FY3 9HQ

Football, cricket, table tennis lots of different sports to try! You can just turn up.

PA's Andy and Sean will be there to meet you, or you can ask your PA to bring down.

Zen Core

Is on every other Thursday 3.00pm to 6.30pm - This session is for people who may like a more quieter space, arts and crafts, baking and mindfulness activities on offer- Invitation Only - Ask you PA for more information if you would like to join.
