The Phoenix service is a residential mental health service predominantly supporting adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis or social crisis that may lead to a deterioration in mental health.

The service offers short stays typically up to 3 nights to enable you to recover within a 'home from home' nonclinical therapeutic environment to aid your recovery and return to independence.  During your stay we will work with you to improve your wellbeing, help you develop coping strategies to manage any issues you may be experiencing and help you restore a natural balance to your life.

We will provide all your meals and drinks during your stay and where appropriate we will support you to wash and dry your clothes and bedding if you are not able to do this independently.

There are 6 comfortable bedrooms, all en-suite, with a TV in each bedroom.

The first 3 nights crisis support are provided free of charge – if you are a Blackpool resident.

If, following discussion with your allocated Social Worker and the Phoenix Service managers, it is determined you require a longer stay, any additional nights may require a financial contribution and commissioning by a Blackpool Social Worker.

The Phoenix service is regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission.
