Eligibility
You must be a Blackpool resident aged over 18 to receive the Vitaline technology enabled care service through Blackpool Council.
You do not need to be receiving any health or social care help and you do not need to have had a social care assessment.
Applying
You'll need to choose a level of service and pay the associated charge. More details about the service levels.
After you submit the form, an advisor from Vitaline will be in contact within 6 working days. They will arrange an assessment visit and the installation.
