Proxy vote
Applications to vote by proxy at this referendum is 5.00pm Wednesday 27 September 2023. The deadline to apply for an emergency proxy vote is 5.00pm on Thursday 5 October 2023.
Voter ID
The UK Government has introduced a requirement for voters to show photo ID when voting at a polling station at some elections. This new requirement will apply for the referendum. More information on voter id requirements
