Cycle for Health

Last Modified April 26, 2016

If, after many years, you have considered getting back onto a bicycle out in the fresh air but either don't have your own bike or may be worried about riding on the road again, then we have the perfect answer.

Come and join us on one of our traffic free rides in and around Stanley Park, with bikes and helmets provided.

We have 2-wheel bikes plus a range of adapted cycles, such as quads, trikes and hand cycles designed for those less mobile.  The adapted cycles are also ideal for those lacking in confidence in riding a bike and can be used as a stepping stone onto 2-wheels.

The Cycle for Health scheme provides the opportunity to participate in supervised small group rides, designed to support, encourage and build confidence for people who would like to ride a bike but for whatever reason currently do not have the opportunity to do so.
