Swimtag swimfit sessions
Are you looking to get swimfit? Training for a charity swim challenge? Then why not come along to a Swimtag swimfit session with coach Bob.
Swimtag Swimfit is a fun fitness training session utilising the Swimtag, training plans, equipment, competitions and challenges for all ages and abilities.

Rule the pool
Rule the pool is a weekly competition for you to compare your swim against past swims and measure your progression over time against yourself and others.
You will be able to upload a 400 m swim (using any stroke) every week during any public session. Your 400 m time will be added to an interactive league table which is published every Sunday night.

Challenges
Challenge yourself and others to take on an epic swim. Starting from Blackpool and finishing at the Isle of Man (103 km) This challenge is from Saturday 1 June to Monday 30 September. Accept the invite for this challenge and Swimtag will update your progress as you move along the map.
Invite your swim mates to join you and you could find yourself racing across the Irish Sea!
