Making Moves: Tier 2 adult weight management programme
Making Moves is designed to help adults lose weight.
During the programme you will learn about eating a balanced diet, how to control portion sizes, understand food labels and much more. The programme also provides guidance to help look after your own wellbeing and mental health. As well as a balanced diet, being more active is another way to lose weight and maintain weight loss.
Throughout the 12 week programme, you will be able to track your weight loss progress using the resources provided. Our friendly and approachable instructions will be there to support you along the way.
