Download the Active Blackpool app at the App Store or on Google Play for the most convenient way to book activities.

When you first login you will require the following information (you will not need to login again after the first time):

Username - (This is your Member ID that you use for booking activities)

Password – (This is your PIN that you use for booking activities)

If you do not know your PIN - Use the Forgotten password in the app
If you do not know your Member ID - Please complete the update contact details form below and state in the additional comments: “I need my Member ID”.

A member of the administration team will email you your Member ID (Monday - Friday during office hours), so that you can reset your PIN.
