DISPENSATIONS.
Can be purchase at either
Customer First or Layton Depot, Depot Rd Layton FY3 7HW
BUSINESS PERMITS.
Can be purchased at
Customer First or Online on the Council Website.
RESIDENT PERMITS.
You can now purchase your Residents and Visitors permits online.
If your are RENEWING your permit(s) and none of your details have changed since
last year, click HERE and buy them online. Alternatively, you can purchase them from
Customer First.
PAYMENTS FOR PCN.
At the Scan-coin Machine, located in the Customer First Centre.
CHALLENGES FOR PCN.

Throughout Blackpool, the Council's Parking Services is responsible for three multi-storey Car Parks and 24 surface Car Parks. We are also responsible for 500 on-street spaces.

Please make sure you park carefully.
If you have been issued with a parking notice, you can pay it online using a credit or debit card.

When parking in a car park check the tariff boards for prices and any other instructions that you need to take into account.
